Sarah Jane Gruber, FNP

Nurse Practitioner

Sarah-Jane Gruber is a board-certified nurse practitioner. Sarah-Jane served in the U.S. Army for seven years. After her time in the military, she worked as a trauma and emergency nurse. Sarah-Jane pursued her Nurse Practitioner degree at Shenandoah University. During that time, she was selected to represent Shenandoah University as a student delegate at the World Health Organization’s Annual World Health Assembly. It was during this experience that she was inspired to dedicate her nurse practitioner career to helping patients live a healthy life, prevent chronic illnesses, and manage existing ones. She is excited about the opportunity to serve her patients as a partner on their health journey. In her free time, Sarah-Jane likes to hike and read. She lives in Loudoun County with her husband and two children.
